The founders: Marin Chamboncel and Ulrike Hofferek-Genfer have been working along with institutional investors in Germany and abroad, advising them on traditional and non-traditional investments for more than 25 years.
They have gained extensive experience in structuring and administrating international investment funds as well as with the structuring and placement of listed capital market transactions.
